Construction
CDM Coordinator Duties;
We can be appointed as your CDM Coordinator and assume the responsibilities as laid down in the CDM regulations. If necessary, we will guide you through step by step providing all of the required documentation and assistance in a timely manner.
Construction Phase Health and Safety Plans;
The CDM Regulations require the Principle Contractor to produce a Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan, we can complete these and provide assistance to you with your duties under the CDM regulations.
Appointed Person (Lifting Operations);
We will liaise with you to provide a complete solution to your lifting operations, even down to the selection of the crane you would require, we will compile all of the documentation required including scale drawings of the site and lift, a full Risk Assessment and Method Statement.
Site Audits and Inspections;
We can provide you with practical advice with regard to your sites by attending your site and carrying out a Health and Safety Inspection, we provide advice to your site management on any issues identified and ensure items are addressed at the time of the visit. We will provide a written report, a copy of which will be left on site and a copy sent to you electronically within 24 hours of the inspection.
Scaffold Inspection;
We can attend your sites and carry out Scaffold Inspections as required by the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations. We provide advice to your site management on any issues identified and ensure items are addressed at the time of the visit. We will provide a written report, a copy of which will be left on site and a copy sent to you electronically within 24 hours of the inspection.
